Job Overview:
This is a full-time role responsible for the routine maintenance of residential lawns. We are looking for an efficient professional dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns effectively using ride-on and push mowers.
- Trim edges with a weed eater quickly and efficiently to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Blow down and clear debris from all serviced areas and hardscapes.
- Identify servicing or maintenance needs for equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and policies.
- Represent the company with a professional and polite attitude toward customers.
- Drive a truck and trailer safely and in accordance with road rules.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in lawn mowing and weed trimming.
- Knowledge of lawn mowing techniques, patterns, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good physical fitness and the stamina to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Clean driving record, valid license, and the ability to operate ride-on mowers safely.
- Excellent team player attitude and professional demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) running from early spring through early winter, weather permitting. Saturday availability is required from April 1st through July 31st.
