Key Responsibilities:

• Install paver patios, walkways, cobble edging, aprons, and timber or stone walls.
• Perform softscape installations, including trees, shrubs, and new plant installations.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area.
• Use tools and machinery safely and correctly (training provided).
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work independently or as part of a small team as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using power and hand tools; general construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) on a regular basis.
• Valid and clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour.
• Provision of a fully equipped work vehicle and necessary tools.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) running from early spring through early winter, weather permitting. Saturday availability is required from April 1st through July 31st.
