Job Overview:
Good Guys Landscaping Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Hardscape Team Leader to join our landscape construction team. We are looking for a hands-on professional to serve as a permanent Hardscape and Asset Construction Technician, leading our team in delivering high-quality workmanship across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage site preparation, including earthworks, steel edging, and timber edging.
- Construct patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and garden beds.
- Oversee the installation of concrete finishes, pathways, and driveways.
- Operate machinery such as Dingo and Bobcat equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to provide regular project updates.
- Maintain hardscape crew efficiency and delegate tasks by leading by example.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hardscape design and installation.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid and clean Driver’s License.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour.
- Provision of a fully equipped work vehicle and necessary tools.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) running from early spring through early winter, weather permitting. Saturday availability is required from April 1st through July 31st.
