Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Perform hedge trimming, pruning, and plant maintenance.
• Handle gardening, planting, and replanting tasks.
• Manage mulch installation and basic site preparation.
• Perform garden bed edging and weed control application on hardscape surfaces.
• Execute lawn mowing, dethatching, aeration, and overseeding.
• Conduct property cleanups and brush clearing.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area.
• Use tools and machinery safely and correctly (training provided).
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work independently or as part of a small team as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning, and deadheading.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid and clean Driver’s License.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour.
• Provision of a fully equipped work vehicle and necessary tools.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) running from early spring through early winter, weather permitting. Saturday availability is required from April 1st through July 31st.
